The Fulfillment Module is where you or your clients can create terms required for completing orders entered in the website. These fulfillment terms are simply items that need to take place for an order to be completed, such as:
Registering a domain
Ordering and configuring a server
Training the customer on new software
Shipping an item to the customer
The Fulfillment module is also where you configure fulfillment terms that catalog items can include. Once these have been set up, the Fulfillment Module tracks the fulfillment processes of orders placed on the website.
