Forms

The Admin eSolutions Forms module is one of the most powerful tools in the Admin eSolutions system. Why? Because it enables you to collect information from website visitors in a variety of ways.  Typically, visitors complete forms to request additional information, sign up for a newsletter or email messages, or provide feedback on a particular topic.

With the Admin eSolutions Forms Wizard, creating forms couldn't be easier.  Visitors can use them to quickly communicate information to you without having to send you an email.  Forms can be formatted to allow users to enter text in text fields, choose items from lists, or select options and checkboxes.  Some of the most commonly used forms include Contact Us forms, RSVP forms for events, customer satisfaction forms and employment applications.

Once a visitor completes a form, you can view the submitted information in the Forms module, or have the information emailed to a system administrator.
